MBDA Missile Systems Selects Vistagy's FiberSIM Software , VISTAGY

Today VISTAGY is announcing the sale of FiberSIM to MBDA Missile Systems as part of company's Global Improvement Plan

The MBDA Global Improvement Plan is an internal initiative designed to streamline the process of working across different areas of the company. FiberSIM is considered part of that solution because MBDA believes it will enhance collaboration between design, analysis, and manufacturing so the firm can shorten the development cycle of composite parts by enabling faster and more accurate iterations across disciplines. MBDA anticipates FiberSIM will reduce product development time by 20%. MBDA was also motivated by FiberSIM's seamless integration with Creo Elements/Pro(formerly Pro/E) from PTC and MSC.Software's Laminate Modeler.
