Transaero is starting regular Moscow-Beijing flights on June 4, 2010 - a brand new product for Domodedovo airport

Transaero will operate the new Beijing flights on comfortable wide-body long-range Boeings 747-400 with 352 setas. Transaero's Boeing 747-400 is the only type of aircraft operated on this route equipped with four engines. Its high speed will reduce the time of flight from Moscow to Beijing.

Transaero's Beijing flights offer three new servicing categories: business class, premium economy class and tourist economy class.

As Olga Pleshakova, General Director of Transaero, announced at Transaero's press conference on April 20, 2010, Transaero, as the second largest airline in Russia, the second largest international airline in Russia and the largest leisure carrier in Russia, ranking as the 7th leisure carrier in the world in terms of passenger flow, will do its best to ensure that its operation on Moscow - Beijing flights promotes further friendly cooperation of Russia and China.

The press conference also featured Alexey Raevsky, deputy Head of Domodedovo airport, and Li Hui, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Chinese Abassador in Russia.
