Domodedovo Technique, Russia's leading independent maintenance centre for foreign aircraft, has received the EASA certificate for wheel and brake systems overhaul, as part of the company's planned expansion of services.
The current certificates allow performing heavy maintenance services up to “C” check for Boeing 737-300/400/500 aircraft types (including 737 NG), Boeing-747 and Boeing-757. Further plans envisage rating expansion to service Boeing-767 and Airbus-319/320/321. Th

Domodedovo Technique offers the whole range of services for maintenance of wheels and brake systems: tire and brake packs replacement, wheel and brake overhaul, diagnosis and endurance statistics. The maintenance centre of Domodedovo Technique was created in 2007, with staff trained in leading world centres such as Goodrich, Honeywell, APPH and SAS. The centre is endowed with highly efficient equipment by KUNZ, ITW Tiede and GE Inspection Technologies. Tools and consumable items are supplied by Dunlop, Goodrich, McGean – Rohco, Shell International and Dow Corning. The company's production capacity allows technical servicing of up to 10 wheels and 2 brakes per working shift. DT plans to further develop the site by improving the technological chains and expanding production facilities.
