New Mi-38 at MAKS 2011, Russian Helicopters

Two new generation transport and passenger helicopters Mi-38 with modern avionics by Transas to take part in МАКS-2011.
The first experimental model of Mi-38 with Russian engines ТV7-117V will be shown at MAKS-2011 static stand and the second Мi-38 with glass cockpit by Transas and PW 127/TS engines is currently undergoing test flights at Mil in Tomilino. Mi-38 will participate in МАКS-2011 flight program.

The integrated on-board avionics by Transas provide expanded functions, operation under any weather conditions, high flight safety. Transas plans to certify its avionics according to EASA standards.

Production of Mi-38 will start in 2013.
