Rosoboronexport is taking part in Airshow China 2010 aiming to enhance Russia's military and technical cooperation with China. In 2010, Rosoboronexport is presenting about 40 samples of arms and military equipment and 10 civil and dual purposes products.

In spite of a slight decrease of China's share in the Russian arms export, Beijing is still one of the core military partners of Russia for aviation equipment and air defense products.

"We hope to give a new impulse to the dynamic development of military and technical cooperation between Russia and China. We have a solid base and now we need to look for ways to interest both parties" - notes Sergey Kornev, head of the Russian delegation from Rosoboronexport.

Rosoboronexport's stand at Airshow China 2010 displays the newest samples of Russian aviation: Su-30МК, Su-30МК2, the newest Su-35, and also MiG, Yak and Il families.

Besides, Russia is traditionally one of the leaders in helicopter construction (volume of helicopter exports from Russia in 2010 increased 30% against 2009) and air defense: Rosoboronexport's air defense systems create full-fledged defense that allows destruction of both aerodynamic targets and ballistic missiles.

One of the leading space industries, Russia is unbeatable in launch services, that is why the Russian stand at Airshow China 2010 presents the existing and prospective launch vehicles.
