“HPIP, the new Russian mobile communication standard, matches the principles of eco-friendliness, safety and healthcare”, - said Ivan Polyakov, General Director of Omsk Manufacturing Association named after A.S. Popov, at the Third Nevsky International Ecological Congress.
“The world is turning to using safe products and hi-tech solutions. Recognizing its responsibility for the impact of the technologies on the ecosystem, the Association chooses green products”, highlighted Mr. Polyakov during his speech on “Green Product as the basis of changing consumption pattern”.



HPIP (Hybrid Public Intellectual Product), the perspective mobile communication eco-standard, is an innovative digital system of safe and high-speed information transfer. HPIP standard is characterized by high quality service in conditions of high local subscribers’ concentration and spectral resource shortage, a significantly larger number of active subscribers as compared to other standards. It is a high capacity system with an improved signal processing algorithm.



The Third Nevsky International Ecological Congress “Ecologization of nature management – a basis for modernization of economy in balance with nature” was held on May 14-15 in Saint-Petersburg under the aegis of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the CIS (IPA CIS) and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Dmitry Medvedev, President of Russia, and Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the Government of Russia, have sent welcoming addresses to participants and guests of the Congress.
