UAC Holds Annual General Shareholders Meeting, United Aircraft Corporation (UAC)

UAC's Annual General Shareholders Meeting in Moscow held on June 30 approves the 2009 Annual Report and financial statements based on the fiscal year results.
UAC's shareholders, including representatives of the Russian Federation, Vnesheconombank and private shareholders, participated in the Meeting chaired by UAC`s President Mr. A.I.Fedorov.

The shareholders also decided not to pay any remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee and not to pay dividends for the year 2009.

The following Board of Directors of UAC was elected by the shareholders: Sergey IVANOV (Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation), Alexey FEDOROV (President of UAC), Sergey ALEKSASHENKO (HSE Director for Macroeconomic Research), Oleg DEMCHENKO (UAC Senior Vice-president), Vladimir DMITRIEV (Vnesheconombank), Alexander ZELIN (Russian Federation Air Force Commander-in-Chief), Andrey KLEPACH (Deputy Minister of Economic Development), Valery LUKYANENKO (VTB), Denis MANTUROV (Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade), Alexander NOVAK (Deputy Minister of Finance), Valery OKULOV (Deputy Minister of Transport), Mikhail POGOSYAN (UAC First Vice President), Vladislav PUTILIN (First Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Military-Industrial Commission), Sergey CHEMEZOV (General Director of State Corporation Rostekhnologii).

HLB Vneshaudit (Moscow) was approved as UAC’s independent auditor.
