Rosoboronexport participates in the first KADEX-2010, Rosoboronexport - ФГУП «Рособоронэкспорт»

The First International Exhibition of Arms and Military and Technical Equipment, KADEX-2010, is taking place in Astana (Kazakhstan) on May 26-29, 2010. The exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan and Kazspetsexport (a Republican State Enterprise). Venue of KADEX is the aviation grounds of Kazakhstan's Air Forces. KADEX will feature exhibitors from over 150 natioal companies, from the CIS and abroad.Rosoboronexport, acting as the exclusive state intermediary, has unique opportunities of expanding and enhancing the long-term cooperation with its foreign partners.
Rosoboronexport is also committed to provide efficient defense and security solutions for the foreign customers. In this regard, Rosoboronexport is committed for further development of the modern directions of military and technical cooperation, expansion of export geography and enhancing Russia's foreign economic relations.
At KADEX–2010, Rosoboronexport is presenting models, posters, leaflets and presentations with arms and military equipment that interests the potential Asian customers.
In the structure of Russian military exports, on-ground military equipment and air defense are ranked as, respectively, the second (after aviation) and the fourth (after the Navy).
Rosoboronexport's exposition demonstrates a wide array of on-ground military products.
As Esen Topoev, Head of the joint delegation of Russian Technologies and Rosoboronexport, noted before the exhibition, "I would like to, first of all, congratulate the organizers of KADEX-2010 with their debute and wish them all the best. I hope that KADEX will become a permanent platform of the best samples of the arms and military equipment for a vast region.
