Rosoboronexport presents the pride of Russian military helicopters at Helirussia 2010, Rosoboronexport - ФГУП «Рособоронэкспорт»

Rosoboronexport plans to hold talks with its international partners and present the best export samples of the Russian helicopter equipment at the third international helicopter exhibition HeliRussia-2010 taking place on May 20-22 at Crocus Expo in MoscowA lot of international interest towards the Russian military equipment is witnessed by the expanding supplies of the Russian helicopters abroad and the geography of these supplies. Today the main customers for the helicopter equipment produced in Russia are India, China, Indonesia, Venezuela, Brazil, Columbia, Mexico, Libya, Sudan, Egypt, Ethiopia, Azerbaijan. Helicopters account for 10% of the Russian military exports.
Some of the main equipment samples presented at HeliRussia 2010 are the fighting helicopter Mi-28NE with an integrated complex of on-board radio electronic equipment of the new generation, Ka-52, Mi-35M, Mi-35P and Mi-171Sh helicopters. These helicopters implement the best qualities of the Russian helicopter engineering – reliability, easy operation, training of the pilots and technicians.
Another highly demanded machine is the heavy transport Mi-26T helicopter and its new modification Mi-26T2 for people and cargo transport, search and rescue operations. Light multipurpose helicopters are presented by Ka-226T and Ansat.
