UAC Shares admitted to trading on the MICEX, United Aircraft Corporation (UAC)

Moscow, January 26, 2010 – Joint Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” [RTS ticker: UNAC; MICEX ticker: UNAC] announces the commencement of trading of its ordinary registered non-documentary shares on the MICEX Stock Exchange

In accordance with the MICEX decision UAC ordinary shares were included in the section on the unlisted securities “List of securities admitted to trading on the MICEX”. UAC shares were assigned the UNAC trading code.

Two UAC shares issues were admitted to trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange with the following parameters: trading code - UNAC; state registration number - 1-01-55306-E as of 18.10.2007; number of securities in issue - 116 280 337 613 shares; and state registration number - 1-01-55306-E-004D as of 19.11.2009, number of securities in issue - 15 325 020 492 shares.
