The process of globalization is impossible without an efficient aviation industry and highly developed airports.

Today, the aviation industry of CIS member states needs improvement in terms of the needs of air traffic. During the last two decades, the airport network in the CIS has diminished 6-fold, and as few as 45% of the airports possess the required equipment to service modern aircraft.

Nevertheless, the Russian and CIS air space has a substantial transit potential, and the interest of the national and foreign companies towards it is growing. In this view, the state bodies are constantly investing means in the transport infrastructure, particularly the airports.
Main themes of the conference:

• Airport management – way to development and expansion of business;
• Formation and development of a commercial and marketing policy of an airport, aggressive management;
• Compliance with international standards of quality of servicing: how to justify growing expectations of a client;
• Studying of a world experience and formation of own approach to development of an airport business;

The conference is expected to gather the leaders of the industry of airports, airlines and other civil aviation enterprises from Russia, CIS and Baltic States, Europe and America. The conference also includes an Exhibition of advanced technique, equipment and technologies used at airports. Traditionally, more than 60 national and foreign companies take part in this event.
