Ulyanovsk SEZ - СЭЗ "Ульяновск-Восточный"
Ulyanovsk Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is a branch of JSC "Special Economic Zones" (www.oao-oez.ru) specialized in aviation production, maintenance and repair and cargo logistics. Ulyanovsk Special Economic Zone project is implemented through the following stages:2011 – designing and building basic infrastructure;
2012 – construction of sites for the first residents, termination of the first start-up facility, start of operation
Investments:
federal budget – at least US$26.3 mln;
regional budget – at least US$13 mln;
private investments – at least US$277 mln.
